The Fort Business Complex
The fort is the first Golden Town project in the new capital. It is a fully Integrated building that houses all business, commercial, and medicals units. This project is located in the heart of the new capital in the middle of the most important axis and in front of Souq EL Dahab, monorail station, Ministries district, parliament, Consultative Council, petrol company and Misr mosque.     In 1995, Yasser Al Baltaji started his own architectural business, which provided a large number of residential, commercial and hotel projects within Egypt, the Middle East and Europe. In addition, he participated in a number of international and national competitions and won most of them in 2003. He started a partnership agreement with Dar Al Ammar Architecture until 2011. 

    The consulting technical office was established in 1931 by Dr. Fahim Riad, founder of New Egypt with Baron Empan and carried out and supervised several engineering designs and projects within Egypt.

    He carried out several engineering advisory works in Egyptian national projects and extended the work outside the country in the Gulf countries and Africa (United Negin International Hospital in Cameroon _ Administrative and commercial buildings, Ghana, Cameroon and many Royal Family palaces in the UAE) These projects have been designed and supervised by more than 12 commercial projects in the administrative capital from towers consisting of 10 roles to 35 versatile houses along with international school projects in the administrative capital.     SAMCRETE entered the world of contracting and construction in 1963 in addition to entering the Egyptian Stock Exchange in 1995. SAMCRET took responsibility of developing architecture in Egypt. In order to achieve this goal, it hired major engineering and consulting companies starting from 2000.

    Its investment size exceeded 3 billion Egyptian pounds. Engineer Hisham Al Khashen, CEO of the company, and also Chairman of the Board of Directors, Professor Karim Sami Saad.
